Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, 1 tbsp lime juice, salt, cilantro, and jalapeño. Toss with a fork & set aside.
In a large bowl, combine chicken & remaining 1 tbsp of lime juice. Toss with smoked paprika.
To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of Wholly Guacamole over each tostada shell, top with 1/4 c. of chicken mixture and finish each off with 2 tbsp of salsa.
