1tspBaking Soda
1tspSalt
2sticksButter, room temp
¾c.Sugar
¾c.Brown Sugar, packed
1tspVanilla
2Eggs, room temp
1c.Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, & salt. Whisk to combine & set aside.
In another bowl, beat together butter, sugars, & vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Using a paddle attachment (or whisk), slowly incorporate flour mixture into butter/sugar mixture. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoon portions of dough onto prepared cookie sheets. Push 1 Rolo candy into each mound & shape dough around to fully cover the candy. Form into a ball & replace on cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 9-12 mins until lightly golden brown. Cool for 5 mins on cookie sheet before transferring to a rack.
