Goals and I are not good friends. Personal resolutions are just not something I have ever championed, but 2019 will see that change! Here’s the deal: I LOVE setting goals. And that’s where it ends. I’m awful at keeping them. I quickly lose motivation. I’m prone to giving-upping.

Days of the Week
First order of business, I made a weekly calendar of daily checklists for 2019 that will help me focus in on those personal resolutions in bite-sized chunks. For example, I have “Devotions” and “Yoga” listed every day except Sunday (#DayOfRest). I also have a few items to check off weekly, like “Act of Kindness,” “Tidy & Clean,” “Write,” and “Homemade Dinner.” The magic, I’m hoping, is in the items that will stretch my weaknesses. To do this, I’ve included “Say ‘no’ to an impulse” and “Do something you’re procrastinating” every single day. #SelfDiscipline
