Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, ranch dressing, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt & pepper (to taste).
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker, and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure the chicken is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks directly in the slow cooker, allowing it to soak up the sauce. Your buffalo chicken is now ready to use, as you'd like.
For sandwiches, pile buffalo chicken onto toasted hamburgers, and top as desired (add'l wing sauch or ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, sliced red onion, cucumber slices, lettuce, tomato). Grab a napkin - you're gonna need it!
Notes
This buffalo chicken is delicious any way you serve it - on top of lettuce as a "salad," on Hawaiian rolls as sliders, with vegetables as a "dip," and, our favorite, on pretzel buns with a crudités slaw!
