Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp ground Nutmeg
  • 1.5 tsp ground Cloves
  • 1.5 tsp ground Allspice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Gently whisk thoroughly until all spices are combined. Store in an airtight container, preferably a glass jar or spice container. Will keep for several months.

  6. Thanks for sharing this easy way to make Pumpkin Spice. I love that this version has cloves in it, unlike the blend we used to buy at Walmart. It really does add an addition warm note that makes things like the PSL taste different than a pumpkin pie.
